Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G chip exposed 5nm process 6 core design
Prior to the supply chain information, the previous generation of Qualcomm’s mid-range chip Snapdragon 765G will be discontinued soon. However, as Qualcomm further refined the release of its sub-flagship chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 870, the successor of Snapdragon 765G, Snapdragon 775G, continued to lose attention. However, in recent days, some media finally exposed some of the specifications of Snapdragon 775G.
It is reported that the Snapdragon 775G chip is based on a 5nm process and has a 6-core design. However, the specific specifications have not yet been announced. Only the main frequency of the large core is up to 3.2GHz. At the same time, Snapdragon 775G will support LPDDR5 memory and UFS3.1 flash memory, WiFi 6E, and 4K/60fps video shooting. But from the current known information, there will be a significant performance gap between this chip and the Snapdragon 870.
Based on the previous news, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 775G chip may be launched by the Xiaomi Mi 11 Youth Edition model. In addition, the model will also be equipped with a 1080P resolution drill hole straight screen, supplemented by a 4150mAh battery, and support 33W wired charging.
